The results of a very recent PSR Digest version query: I want to share this with PSRoots, because that is where the query was posted and I answered it. Finding no data in my Snoh Co. History by Whitfield, I wrote to Lynne and told her that tho' those surnames sounded a bit familiar; I couldn't really define them, and to please send me more data, which you see below. It really pays to Play Clues, as I call it, and if there is even a glimmer of a possibility to play on that. Her reply below that not only do I know these latest names - I know these Families from Snohomish area, BUT I knew her Mother June Robinson, but I've known her since I was about 5 yrs old. Not only did I know June Robinson, but I knew Jun'es parents very well as we used to visit them at their home in Snohomish. They played cards together, were members of the Knights of Pythius, and the Pythian Sisters in Snohomish. We played together. In fact, Lynne, I made a special effort to find and visit your Mother in a rest home in Snohomish after having not seen in her in many years. Lynne, your Grandparents used to make regular trips to the Harvey Airfield Restaurant (Now one of the Keg Rest.) to eat and I used to talk to them - they passed away a few yrs ago, and how we miss them. I knew Rush, not as well, and I know the Misich's and the Buelers, all very familiar Snohomish names. Saw Jim Misich at one of our Sno High class Reunions. I have known several Evans Fams here but not sure which is related to you. I went to school with many of them. These fams keep producing here so that there are generations of them and the many other fams. around here. One big happy (well usually) family, Snohomish. We don't think much of the City's Snohomish Cemetery smarts (ironic for "dumb"). Ain't genealogy just the cat's meow! Play those Clues, and Win, if ya keep playing them long enough. Lynne, lets keep the info flowing and I will try to help where I can or try to find someone who can, if at all possible. Gee, Lynne, Virginia is a long way from home. Tell me more - you are missing all the RAIN & Sunshine - it has shown 3 days, intermittently - some were nearly blinded here and had to wear sunglasses. Today is Valentine's day, and it has been fruitful. Was able to help Doris Watson to find the BOOKSTORELADY & The Dutch Bakery so that when she gets off that ________ferry at Edmonds, she will be able to get up to Marysville. I suggested hiring a canoe, in case the ________ferry is fouled up, again.
