    3. I drive past the Good Shepherd home every day. My son took art classes there one summer and I've been to various community meetings there. I don't think there would be any records remaining at the site, although the Tilth garden and the grounds are fun to visit. My understanding was that it had been a home "for wayward girls" to go have their baby. Although I had remembered the facility as Catholic I also have it in mind that Good Shepherd facilities are Lutheran. I would suggest contacting the Seattle Lutheran organization or Catholic diocese to check on where records might have gone.
