There was a large Callow Family in Grays Harbor County for many decades past. As I recall, they had a large general store in Elma, were into banking, and were involved in the development of Ocean Shores, above Aberdeen. One of their family, Rusty Callow, was the crew coach at the Univ. of Washington during the twenties and thirties.
