Hi List, I am new to this list, I found you on the Tacoma Pierce County Genealogical Society page. I am a member of the Stillaguamish Genealogical Society in Arlington where my fathers family was very active making history, although I have yet to make it to a meeting there. I live in Olalla on the Kitsap Peninsula and do my genealogy studies and research only during the fall and winter months . I work all summer in the Olympic Mountains and am away from home much of the time. The family lines that I am researching are: MURPHY,Oregon, Arlington WA.1856-1940; PEARL, Nova Scotia.WI., Arlington MCDONALD & WENZEL, WENSEL, Wisconsin to Everett. Also Thank you for posting the information on the Snohomish Cometary, I have family there, too. Mr. James Pearl 1849-1899 he was a government log scaler for many years then in 1897 opened a shoe store in Snohomish. I have not been to Snohomish since I was a kid and now his grave may not be there! If there is any way I can help, let me know, I have not been involved in any thing like this so I don't know how to be effective.
