Hello Listers, I just wanted to introduce myself and let you know the family names I am researching. I just returned to the Tacoma area after being away for three years - our last place of residence being Otho, Iowa (for only 2 months). Although I was born in Colorado (military father), my mother's family were all from the Tacoma area. My ancestors homesteaded in Wilkeson and were coal miners - among other things. My PS family names are Hughes, Snell, Purse, Giseburt (Geisbert), and Neagle. I hope to come to one of the TGS meetings and meet some of you. I also am anxious to start learning to use the library and LDS for researching. I do have to wait until after the 24th of Oct. as we are getting ready for a 90th Birthday Bash for my mother's sister.
