Hello, I have a family line that lived in the Seattle area about 1905. I am looking for any descendants of this family, or if someone could help with some marriages for the daughters. This would give me the married name and I might find some descendants of these families if I had a last name. This is my grandmothers family, she was Rose Margaret Mortenson and she married Albert Edward Acteson in 1906. Her family was: James Thomas Mortenson/Mortensen (She used "son" but I found James used "sen") he was Nov 29, 1847 in Ordrup, Denmark, he came to the USA in 1871, his wife Marie Peterson was born Apr 15, 1855 in Denmark and came to the USA in 1872, her father was Peter Peterson. They had these children: Pauline b Sept 1878 in MI, she married Christian Halager and in the 1920 census in Seattle they 3 daughters, Eleanor b abt 1911, Mabel b abt 1913 & Margrette b abt 1915 James Thomas Jr. b Jun 10, 1880 in Ishpeming, MI, m Anne Marie Hansin, they had 2 daughters, (I made a connection with this family). Then the family moved to Racine, WI and had the rest of their children: Christine Johanna b Jan 28, 1883 never married Rose Margaret b Aug 10, 1886 (my grandmother) Andrew E b Oct 26, 1889 m Eleanor Rinman in the 1920 census they were living with Eleanor's father and had one daughter Muriel D b abt 1916 George b May 29, 1892 married had no children Edward b May 2, 1897 (I have no information on him) There was an Annie Mortensen m Iverson listed in the obituary of her brother James, nothing else is known about her. Any help on making a connection to a descendant of this family, or the marriage records for the known daughters would be appreciated. If there is a web site I can find this information out, would be helpful as well. Thanks Karen
