The State Library will open on Jan. 2, 2002 at its new location: Point Plaza East, Building One, 6880 Capitol Boulevard South, Tumwater, Washington. ALERT !!! The budget cuts proposed by Gov. Locke on Dec. 18 would close the State Library. This of course has to run its course in the legislature. Be prepared to write your legislatures when they convene in mid January 2002. Gov.
