I wish to thank all the kind persons who answered my query re Don Meyers at Concrete. Arnold Stewart was able to find two possibilities in his Skagit Phone Book. He said he would be able to call them directly on the phone from his location so I hope that that pans out OK and I can make contact with Don or find out about him. John Sloniker came up with the same addr as Arnold's. So many great people on here offer their help in making such connections. Thanks again to ALL of you who have offered your help and suggestions.
