    3. I'm not quite sure what has happened at the Castelgarden site. Late last year, I was unable to sign on to search due to my computer showing a virus warning. I contacted them in Dec about it, and was assured they were aware, and it would be fixed in January. Well, when the site was fixed, I again began searching my family. Every surname I put in came up "no records found". Even when I put in the one family I had located previous to the virus fiasco, that name came up no records. Now, previously I would get 3 pages of names. Where did all those immigrants go? Perhaps if enough people inquire/complain about whats going on there, they will fix things.
