Cheryl: Are you looking for imaged or transcribed records? If so you will not find much. The Germans have strict privacy laws and do not allow a lot of the dissemination of records that we enjoy here in the US. Are you looking for records for a particular parish? If so, you may find they have been microfilmed by the LDS church and can be obtained on a rental basis through one of their Family History Centers.
