I am wondering where I might look to search for records for Altona,Prussia, Germany. I am looking for William Hinrichs or Hinnrichs. According to his WW1 draft record he was born August 29. 1894. I am not sure when he immigrated to the US. But he filed his first papers in 1917. I am trying to find info on his family.
