I had a Uncle named Cart Hartmann from Chicago, He and my Aunt were married during WW II and they worked on the Alcan Highway in Alaska during that time. He is dead now He was older than my Aunt, she still lives in Macomb Illinois and is in her 80's. They had a son named George and he has a photo studio in Macomb.
