Hello all My ancestor, OSTEN, wrote that he was born in the town of Tütz, Prussia on his naturalisation papers when he arrived here in New Zealand in 1875. Tütz is now named Tuczno, Poland. Does anyone know how I can search or obtain cemetery records for the town of Tütz/Tuczno? I am hoping that I may come across my ancestors family that may be buried there. Hello Karl The LDS has one microfilm ; noted as ; "Souls book of the city Tütz and the surrounding villages of the end of the 17th century to the year 1741" The film number is 0824134 item 3. Do You have any given names , and birth , or marriage dates , wife's name , children's names and birth dates ?. The records may be in another nearby towns church records.
