My husband's ancestors are: Gottfried STOLDT, born in 1838 in Farenwaldt, Stetin, Germany. Married Caroline MOLDENHAUER in 1863 and they came to America in 1873 (to Michigan). Caroline's obituary says she was from Damrow, Prussia, Germany. I would like to find their parents, etc., and any other information I can about them. I'm open to all suggestions. Thanks in advance. I had great success by doing exactly this.
