My German is not very good but the site is trying to set a session cookie onto your system. Cookies are very small text files that sites use to recognize you when you return. You can google the term to get a more complete description. Your browser is blocking the cookie being set. If you wish to use the site you will have to allow it. If you are using Internet Explorer you can find the options under TOOLS - INTERNET OPTIONS - PRIVACY. Hope this helps.
