Hi Maria, You can usually contact Polish Archives in English, but their reply will be in Polish; to date the archives do not accept credit card payment. You should be able to find contact details and whether these records are extant from their site: http://baza.archiwa.gov.pl/sezam/pradziad.php?l=en You may already have realised that if the records you require are less than 100yrs old they will not be in Polish Archives.
