Thomas - I tried to find them in a Library close to where I live, but only found one of them - the seventh edition, 1972-1973, but the closest one was almost 800 miles away. Check: WorldCat (world wide library catalog) for the 1972-1973 one that I found. One of the libraries that own it may copy the pages for you and email or send them by regular mail for a reasonable fee. The fifth and sixth editions must be just to old and libraries did not keep them, but you may want to check more closely on World Cat then I did.
