    3. If you just enter Tilsit in Google search engine you can click on Sovetsk-Kaliningrad Oblast-Wikipedia. This site will give you a pretty good overview of Tilsit. Scroll down to the bottom and on the left is a link Tilsit.com, you can click on this one too for more.
