My Pruitt ancestors were some of the early Henrico Co., VA settlers. The part of the county they lived in later became Goochland. My direct ancestors were John Pruitt, m. to Alice Addison and his son Obediah, who m. 1. Frances Jarrett and 2. Nancy Lovell, my ancestor. I have never found anyone to start a dialogue with about this family and their ancestry. I was sent information from a book on the Pruitts, that was helpful, but have never been able to connect with Pruitt descendants of this family. Below is an outline.
