VA; 1830 census Henry Co., VA and apprantly lived there through 1845. Moved to Washington Co., TN bef 1850; died there of an ulcer Aug 1849, and buried there. He married Dolly Williams (b. 1790 Pittsylvania Co., VA, was listed in the 1850 census Washington Co., TN; d. bef 1860 Abintgon jWashington Co., VA and buried there. Her father: John Lovell; Mother Sarah Williams. Their children: Elizabeth b. abt 1817 VA, m. Pearson Watson 11 Apr 1839; Elijah b. 1818 VA, m. Anna Clayton 9 Jan 1840; d. 1880 Greene Co., TN; Emily Pruitt b. abt 1820 VA m. Lemuel Warren 11 Mar 1840; Mary J. b. abt 1822 Henry Co., VA m.
