Found information on my William Pruitt that is more specific: According to the 1880 Census for Lewis County Kentucky town of Qunicy Willim Pruitt b:@1840 in West Virginia he married Martha Johnson b:@1840 in West Virginia children were: Fannie, James, Sylva, Thomas They have not been foun before this date in Kentucky so may have come from Virginia between 1870 and 1880. Some possibility they came from Tennessee after leaving WV. Does anyone have a match? We can't find them after that date either except for Fannie who remained in KY marrying James Henderson in Greenup Co. KY. She is my line. Valerie Johnson
