Carolyn, My ggrandfather was born 1855 in GA, possibly in Elbert County????? I spoke with a cousin that said that she thought that my Jim PRUITT father's was a Carol Pruitt. I don't know any thing for sure other than My ggrandfathers name was James William "Jim" Pruitt Thanks for your help.
