Came upon the following column notes on a baptism record at arquivo. The baptism is from 1869 but it says that he was born in 1852 and baptized in 1852 in Lisboa and (as translated) is now released (?) on the baptism date on this record Would like some help understanding the correct context of this baptism record as I dont want to misread it!
