Well. "será lançado" is bureaucratic lingo, it means that the Lisbon baptism document is accpeted and will be inscribed (written) as valid in the Paróquia book. So the date of the baptism is indeed 1852, in Lisbon, being inscribed in 1869. To sum up :the date of the register of the baptism in Madeira is 1869, the date of the baptism 1852 in Lisbon. He was not a time-traveller ; -) Or a single person being born twice in two different places at different times....
