I have been see the e-mails flying either about Roll Call or my List. So I am thinking everyone is sending out information about there family research. I hope that is what is going on. So if any can help out on the following would be great. For the Azores, I have the following. My grandparents on my mom's side are from Terceira. Her father is from the village of Santa Barbara last name is da Costa, His name was Jose Corriea da Costa and was born to Manuel Machado da Costa and Anna da Jesus d' Azevedo. My mother's mother parents where from the village of Ribeirinha or Ribeirinha Serra, ( they might be one in the same not sure). my mother grandmother was Maria Candida Pacheco Ferreira born to Francisco Pacheco Ferreira and Francisca Candida de Silveria. Her grandfather was Antonia Machado Evangelho born in Brazil, and moved back to the Azores when he was 2, ( this is where Brazil comes in to play. I have no idea or information about my great-grandfather, except that he might or he was born in Rio, I was told good luck on finding anything at all on him) his parents where Antonia Machado Evangelho and Maria do Carmo Evangelho (they where 3rd cousins). For my Dad, his mother was Rosa Correa Reis born to Jose Correa dos Reis and Maria da Veiga in the village of Santa Cruz Graciousa, his father was born on the island of Madeira , his name was Jose Pereira Camacho, born to the parents of Joao Pereira Camacho and Antonia de Freitas Basenga in the village of Santo Antonio. Any information or idea would be helpful. Of if any of the names match let me know. I more information just like everyone else, but I a busy person and work on my Family Tree when I get a little bit of time to myself.
