Hi Bob, You should start your research on the Madeira line by looking into the following record: João Pereira Camacho, m. Antónia de Freitas in 1893, Stº António, book 1737, page 23vº. The Bazengas are a well known family here, they established themselves in Lombo dos Aguiares, I don't know when, but I think they have come from the country side, S. Vicente, I guess. On early/middle 20th century a Bazenga woman married Quirino Marques, my 1st cousin, giving origin to the Bazenga Marques, which are perhaps the most known branch of the family. As for the Machado Envangelho, I don't know if this may help, but on Henrique Henriques de Noronha Nobiliary, title VASCONCELOS, you have Joana de Barcelos Envangelho, daughter of Diogo Barcelos Envangelho, married to Baltazar Mendes de Vasconcelos, son of Jº Mendes de vasconcelos and catarina Machado de Lemos. The sons used Machado, Vasconcelos and Barcelos, but I don't know about Envangelho. This is from the Azorean branch of the Vasconcelos.
