Hello Paulo, I had told you about finding a DeGrella from Madeira in the 1860 census for the area where the Madeira Exiles settled in the United States. You may recall that I said that this person may have actually been de Agrella and just like my ancestors the census taker misunderstood the name and wrote the name as DeGrella.
