Looking for leads and possible relationships through Luisa d'Abreu, believed born before 1848, probably in the district of Calheta, Madeira. Luisa married Joao da Silva Pomar at the church of Sao Braz, Arco da Calheta, Madeira , in November 1853. Luisa's parents are believed to be Ignacio Gonsalves, born before 1828, died before 1853; and Maria d'Abreu, born before 1828, died before 1853. Joao da Silva do Pomar and Luisa d'Abreu produced children Vincenzia, baptized 1868, church of Sao Braz, Arco da Calheta; Antonio, baptized 1870, church of Sao Braz, Arco da Calheta; and Jose, baptized 1872, church of Sao Braz, Arco da Calheta. It's not known whether these children survived. There also could have been other children. Thanks for your reply if you have interest or information.
