Hello- I just signed up with this list and look forward to communicating with others who have an interest in family roots in Madeira. I am particularly interested in finding information about a young cousin who died as an infant (approximately 6 months of age) in early 1929. He was the son of my dad's cousin who was born on Graciosa and immigrated to New Bedford, Massachusetts. Her name was Senhorinha de Lima, and she married Antonio Barros da Silva in 1916. He had emigrated from Madeira. The couple returned for a time to live on Madeira where their son was born (in mid-1928) and died. Can anyone help me find out more information about this child? I'm afraid I don't have any further facts about him, though I have quite a lot of information about Senhorinha and Antonio.
