Pat, I just read your message below . I'm looking for several relatives from Maderia. I would appreciate any search for my family members.   If list members will post the names of individuals that they are researching from Madeira, I can check what I have in my computer from the many pedigree charts that Sr. Luis de Sousa Mello, the retired Director of the Madeira Archives prepared for me.  Willing to share whatever I have.    Family: Francisco Silva brn. abt. 1850 mar. Marie Nunes Children: Antone brn in Oakland, Ca. 1892, but don't know if brother Joseph & sister Theresa were born in Maderia. No know middle initials. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Val
