thank everyone, Yes I have used Joao Ventura for both my Graciosa and Terceira Research. But I have been looking for someone in the Madeira area. I also asked about the Brazil research but I have never got a reply. My Great-grandfather was born there but after all these year I still are not able to locate there and have tried of couple of times on the Brazilian posting to see if there is someone that could help me but no reply either. I do want to thank you for the information on Sr Melo and I will check that out.
