I sent an e-mail to the ARM, asking if they had a new e-mail address for Sr. Mello. When I get their reply, I will post it. I haven't had contact with Sr. Mello in a couple of years, hope he is ok. Leandro, So far I've not received a reply from the ARM. Scot (a Madeira list member) posted a message, starting that their last correspondence with Sr. Mello, indicated that he was retiring and no longer doing genealogy research.
