Hi Pat, Yes...hopefully they will be able to recommend a couple of professional genealogists. I just took another look at their website to see if they had a link perhaps or anything on the FAQs, but nothing, I'm afraid. On the other hand, even though they don't actually do the research, I did have one occasion where I was dealing with an individual who was listed with several different names. I thought I had spotted the certificate in the database, but obviously didn't want to order it if I wasn't sure if it was indeed the said individual. They went to all the effort of checking through all the individual's children baptism certificates to ensure the grandparents were all the same, and then confirmed that it was the correct person. On another occasion when I ordered the certificates for the children on one ancestor, they confirmed they had them, plus two more illegitimate ones, that I would never have known about. So, in a round about way, they do do some research.
