Just realized that I might have Freitas cousins in California. Anyone know about a Laura Freitas born abt 1917 in CA, she had a brother named Louis Freitas born 29 Jul 1920 also in CA, They had an older brother Manuel who wabs orn in 1909 in Madeira and died in Santa Clara in 1996 (assuming all my research is correct and I have them with the right families). If I'm right - their parents names are Manuel de Freitas and Rosa Joaquiina...married in Madeira - found in 1920 and 1930 census in California (if I'm correct). So if any of this sounds familiar to anyone let me know. I'm gonna go back and do some more research to see if I can find anything else. Cece
