I've written to a couple of cousins in Portugal for suggestions for book stores there from which to buy the book - I looked online but couldn't find any that carried the book there. It may be cheaper to buy directly from them even with postage, etc. I'll keep you updated on any info I receive. Looks like a very interesting read indeed.
