Bob, Just noticed on the myFTDNA page that you and my husband Ed have a 25 MARKER - GENETIC DISTANCE - 2 Y-DNA match. I recognized your e-mail address and name from the prt-Madeira list. You are the first Portuguese Madeiran surname to have hit that high for him. His other 3 - 25 marker matches have English sounding surnames (Collins, Beller, Blayney). Unfortunately Ed's direct paternal line (which is also my paternal line) ends after just 3 generations as our great grandfather was an orphan... Is your tree online anywhere?
