Hello. Yes, it has been mentioned to me before how interesting. I have never tried accessing the Madeira Archives. However, I will definately give it a try. I really appreciate all the information and help you have provided. It means alot to get futher in my genealogy work than just a name. You know, I was told since my research started that my great grandfather was from Sao Miguel. Then when I submitted information to the Azores group this is when we found out that he was from the island of Madeira. Oh what fun will I have uncovering all the new information it will be very exciting for me. Again, Thank you.
