Pat/Philip...I just checked an the baptism records for estreito da calheta are up on the arm site. I have the book here for funchal but it only lists the marriages and some 'termos' (deaths). I would be happy to post the death notices if you like for the pereiras that I find. What I am noticing is that not many are just pereira there are names follwing e.g da sousa,serrao.
