Hi Mandy, Your new membership is for 2004 and the Pedigree that was just mailed is the second one for the members on record for the calendar year of 2003. After Oct 1, all dues paid are for the following calendar year, which I think I mentioned in the welcoming letter sent to you with the New Member Information Booklet. Hello All, Thank you all who have sent in your BALLOTS. The stated deadline was November 30, 2003. Due to the unexpected delay in getting the Pedigrees and ballot to the membership, I will be ACCEPTING BALLOTS postmarked DECEMBER 31, 2003. I encourage you to vote. With regard to those who have not received their PEDIGREES: some of you are new members who sent your application and check after October 1, 2003. It is our policy to accept those members for the next year. The reason for this is usually the second issue of the Pedigrees is in production and about to be delivered in October.
