    3. Hi, Boy, what a treasure to have a letter from back in that time. This is what I have found on Richard. (you may already have this census info) 1810 - Pendleton Cty. VA Assuming Richard is the head of the house, he shows to be born between 1766 and 1784. In the household - there is 4 w/male children under 10, 1 w/male 10-15 and 1 w/female under 10, 1 w/female 10-15, 1 w/female 16-25, 1 fw/emale 26-44. (no slaves)Source" Roll 252_70, ph. 1104 1820 - Pendleton VA, Richard (same dates of birth) 2 w/males under 10, 2 w/males 10-15, 1 w/male 16-18, 1 w/male 16-25, 2 w/males over 45, 2 w/females under 10, 1 w/female 16-25, 1 w/female 45 or over, 2 in agriculture. (no slaves) Source Roll 33_140. Pg. 37 * Interesting, next to Richard is a Henry Sr. Peninger about the same age. 1830 - Richard shows 1 w/male under 5, 1 w/male under 10, 2 w/males 15-20, 1 w/males 50-60, 1 w/female under 10, 2 w/females under 15, 2 w/female under 30 and 1 w/female under 60. (no slaves) Source: Roll M19_201 Pg. 25, line #2 * Interesting in this census is listed John Pennington and Sampson Penington in the next households. 1840 - Pendleton Cty. Richard 1 w/male under 15, 1 w/male under 20, 1 w/male under 30, 1 w/male under 40, 1 w/male 60-70, 1 w/female under 10, 2 w/female 15-20, 1 w/female 70-80. (no slaves) *Interesting also listed is households of Henry Pennington 40-50; John Penington, 30-40; Precilla Penington with a w/male over 100 yrs. old, the oldest female is 15-20; Sampson Penington is listed 40-50 yrs. The oldest female is 30-40 in the Sampson household. Source: M704_572 Pg. 141 Debbie, does anyone know when or where the marriage took place for Grp. 19, Richard and Eleanor Pritchard?
