I will be in touch as we as descendants of Richard Pennington, son of Ephraim - North Carolina, plan to place a Memorial Monument at the Doyle, Tennessee Cemetery next spring. This will also be in commemoration of his service to our great America for his Revolutionary War effort at Capt. Enoch Osborn's Fort in Montgomery County, VA.
