Thanks Pat. I have always wanted to go to the Allen. Might as well combine the two. Between that and my trip to Alaska this year I am in hog heaven (as they would say in the Hoosier state). Alright - don't start - I was born in Paoli, Indiana and live in MO. I don't know why the Metropolitan area of St. Louis likes to use the Hoosier term so blatantly but I Do defend my status as an Indiana Hoosier :> Sincerely, Burma L. Hi All, Hey, I just got the Visitors Booklet from Ft. Wayne. The Historical Genealogy Dept. at the Allen County Library sounds marvelous! Also the History Center at the City Hall Bldg. www.fwhistorycenter.com , the Liincoln museum, Train Town, etc. There is also a large Amish Settlement called Grabill north of Ft. Wayne. It is a distance but sounds wonderful to visit. Oh my, I forgot, we have to work during this Reunion, too. Well, we are so good, we will get 'everything done' for the PRA and our members and play too! Their booklet also has some coupons but the expiration is 2003. They apologized and their new booklet is not back from the printer but they will forward it shortly. The coupons are discounts at local motels, free entry at the museums, etc. Could save us some money! When I receive the new booklet I will give everyone an update and test your ability to resist our invitation to come and join us at the reunion. If you want the new booklet and current coupons, sign in and they mail very quickly www.visitfortwayne.com Have a good weekend.
