Services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, July 5 at Conkle Funeral Home, Lynhurst Chapel, with calling from Noon until service time Monday. He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Chadley Pennington. Survivors include his sons, Jerald R. J. Pennington, Jr., Larry D., Gary M. and Jeffery D. Pennington; daughters, Angela K. Eberhart, Cynthia L. Gibbs, Janine D. Pennington, Lori J. Annes, Dana R. Cobb and 22 grandchildren.
