Interesting, 1920 living a few houses down from who became his wife Grace Setser and her parents. Now in the 1910 census living right next door is a Redd Philpot family, Redd's son Ulus Philpot married Grace's sister Hazel Setser. So I look at my KY marriages on my website and find a Joshua Pennington m. Elizabeth Philpot 15 May 1897 (close date for Peter b. 1899). Redd Philpot has a sister named Elizabeth b. abt 1868.
