I have Rowsey Pennington born somewhere betwn 1850-1859. I wish I had more definite dates to provide, unfortunately I don't. I am a descendant of Richard Pennington of Pendleton, Cty. and have searched through the groups hoping to find a link between the above name men. I was hoping someone could fill in these blanks.
