Hi Jennifer, I checked the 1850 -1870 Census for all of Arkansas. There are many William's but the wife's name, Donia won't work. I also looked for Bailey and Manford living close to Wm. and Donia after 1865. The way your query is written, I could not tell if Manford Donia Bailey was her full name, so I just looked for ALL the names. Sorry I couldn't help. A suggestion, if you know what church they were married in, that may give you the parent's names, also you might want to check any burial records, that is helpful also.
