I only have unsubstantiated information that links Rowsey Pennington of Lincoln County, WV as being a descendant of one William Pennington,(b1755-1821) There seems to be some research linking the families of William and Rowsey Pennington to those of Richard Pennington of Pendleton, Cty, WV and Elijah Pennington of Hampshire Cty, WV. I have Rowsey Pennington born somewhere betwn 1850-1859. I wish I had more definite dates to provide, unfortunately I don't. I am a descendant of Richard Pennington of Pendleton, Cty. and have searched through the groups hoping to find a link between the above name men. I was hoping someone could fill in these blanks.
