Those in Group 28 will be interested in the following announcement: Descendants of WILLIAM PENNINGTON (1765-1844) and his wife, ABIGAIL CAUDILL (1767-after 1860), are in the midst of raising funds to place a memorial stone on William and Abigail's Webbville, Lawrence County, Kentucky gravesite. Four hundred eighty five dollars ($485.00), about half of the estimated cost of approximately nine hundred thirty-five dollars ($935.00), has been collected to date. The target date has been extended to JUNE 15, 2004, to allow more people to participate. Please, make at least a small contribution to this effort to keep the memory of our common ancestor available to future generations.
