    3. Mandy: When you make your way down to North Carolina let me know. I Have been trying to figure out the early NC Pennington's for a while. Besides the known Levi, Benajah and Micajah....In the 1750's there was an Aaron, Edward, Thomas and George located in North Carolina who I have yet to find any connections or guesses as to where they may fit in. I am trying to work my way through any of the North Carolina Colonial Records that I can get my hands on to see if there may be any hidden bits of information. Nothing new so far. 3. Mandy, Jim and all! Have any of you noticed that US 421 begins at Wilmington, N. C. Travels up through Pennington Gap, Virginia... Then into Kentucky, and ends in NE Indiana. I can't prove it. I have not gone into records to prove it on paper. But it indicates to me that there were SOME PENNINGTON'S that came into North Carolina that way.
