An update on the missing Fall 2006 Issue of the Pennington Pedigrees. We think we identified the problem. Now we're in the process of getting the Pedigrees mailed to those Members who did not receive their Fall 2006 Issue of the Pedigrees. I'll also send a message to those Members who contacted me about the delivery problem. In short, our printer lost 2 sheets of mailing labels with about 23 PRA Members names and addresses on them. Because the sheet was lost, those 23 copies intended for those PRA Members were never mailed. Nobody knew there was a problem until some Members started asking when the Pedigrees would be delivered. It took a couple of weeks to identify the mistake, once we knew there was a problem. Now we're shipping the extra Pedigrees that were sent, my mistake, to our Sales Manager, back to the printer who will see that they are mailed. At this moment, I don't know exactly where we are with this "fix" but we should hear soon from our printer that the missing Pedigrees have been mailed. As soon as I hear they've been mailed, I'll post a message on the PRA mail list and send a message to those Members who contacted me about the delivery problem. Again, I apologize for the errors that were made and we're going to work very hard to ensure they do not happen again.
